Shutdown menu to avoid ssh

Hi,
Is it possible to add a shutdown in the console menu to avoid ssh ?
I use a PI3B and sometimes I want to make an image of the sdcard or reuse temporary my RPI for another project test.

What do you exactly mean by shutdown in the console? Like a button and if you hit it your pi will reboot?

Yes but to shutdown safety without connexion by ssh to rhasspy (and reboot for other button could be also).
