Text to Speech Pico TTS very quiet

Hello,
im using rhassyp with text to speech over Pico TTS.
My Problem is, that the output form Pico TTS is very quiet.
The Soundkart is on 100% and the Wake Sound is loud.
Is there a way to make Pico TTS louder ?

In linux bash, did you try increasing the volume via alsamixer?

Yes alsamixer is on 100%
