No, but there are quite some German speaking people here, and I don’t think it’s a problem if you ask your questions in German. Note that this will restrict the number of people that will be able to help you

I am one of those ppl speaking German. I would be willing to help you translate questions or answers if no one that speaks German knows the answer, as long as it is not too much text. Just ping me in a post and ask for a translation. Rhasspy is to small for a dedicated German forum right now.
Hallo, einer von den deutschen Nutzern hier. Wenn sich niemand mit der Antwort zu ner Frage auf Deutsch findet kann ich anbieten zu übersetzen, solange es nicht zu viel Text ist. Es reicht mich in nem Thread anzupingen und nach ner Übersetzung zu fragen. Rhasspy ist noch nicht groß genug um ein deutsches Forum zu haben und die Leute, die am meisten Ahnung haben können soweit ich weiß kein Deutsch.
PS: Falls man es nicht merkt, ich übersetze immer sinngemäß, nicht wörtlich. Wörtliche Übersetzungen sind fürchterlich.
