Rhasspy installation problem

Hello everyone! :slightly_smiling_face:
I am trying to install rhasspy on Orange Pi PC Plus (armhf architecture, Armbian 20.11.6 Buster) in a virtual environment (python 3.7.3).

I install according to the instructions from here: https://rhasspy.readthedocs.io/en/v2.4.20/installation/

The process goes fine until grpcio. Then script writes “Failed building wheel for grpcio”, appears a lot of warnings and, as a result, a script error. I attach terminal output

I read that the problem is in the versions. I tried to do downgrade setuptools, install a different version of grpcio, but the Home Assistant installation script will still reinstall everything to the versions it needs to work.

How can I solve this problem? I really liked the Rhasspy product and I would like to try it out for interaction Home Assistant :sob:

Not sure if it helps but the instructions you are following are for rhasspy 2.4.20 which is out of date. Try installing rhasspy 2.5.9 instead.

OMG  I didn’t even think there was a fresh version. :see_no_evil: I’ll try it now.

That helped  Why I didn’t guess right away. Installed the .deb package. Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:
