Docker: unknown server OS: Is Rhasspy dead in the water?

Hi
Well I have been running Rhasspy from the deb for a couple of years and thought it was time to upgrade my version of Mint.
Now rhasspy wont install
The deb fails on old libgfortan errors and the docker run fails with docker: unknown server OS:

Any ideas anyone? Please it was working so nicely now it’s broken

Ok so don’t follow the instructions to build from source as it also has old dependencies .
I will try to work out a way to build this on a modern system but it’s looking like Rhasspy is dead in the water not going anywhere.
