I posted about the new Anker powerconf speaker/mic being all great with wonderful reviews.
Its cutting first 2-3 secs of aplay /usr/share/sounds/alsa/Front_Center.wav
So all I hear is ‘center’.
I just put my hdmi2hdmi+audio extractor on and its doing the same on a Pi4
WTF has gone wrong with vanilla raspbian as sure it never did this before or have I never noticed the 2-3 second cutout before?
3.5mm its “Front center” I hear so prob because that is usually what I use maybe I never noticed before.
Edimax usb same as 3.5mm with no cut.
Anyone got a fix as it seems to be the Pi?
